Matthew just finished playing the role of Moishe in a
workshop reading of WARSAW: A Musical Drama, directed by
Jamibeth Margolis, with Music by William Wade and Book/Lyrics
by John Atkins. It was presented at The Museum of Jewish
Heritage in New York City.

Matthew also just finished another round of three backers'
auditions (investors' showcase) of the Broadway-bound musical,
Children of Eden, with Stephen Schwartz at the helm, his son
Scott Schwartz as director, and Broadway star, Norm Lewis, as
Father.  Matthew appeared as the Generations soloist. To learn

In addition to his performing, Matthew is now an
Associate Voice Teacher for Liz Caplan Vocal Studios, the
premiere vocal studio to the Broadway community and beyond. 
He will be teaching in residence at The Jam in midtown

Also, Matthew finished runs of Ted Hughes' version of 
Euripide's Alcestis, and The Burial at Thebes: A  Version of
Antigone by Seamus Heaney for the Handcart Ensemble. of
which Matthew is a resident member.


This last year, Matthew made his exciting solo-debut at
Carnegie Hall in a benefit concert entitled, The Gift of Music.
He performed a set of Broadway favorites.

He also appeared with his son, Cole, on the cover of a 
recent issue of Martha Stewart's newest publication, Blueprint
Magazine.
